Hello, I’m Dr. Wiley, board-certified Pediatrician, Founder and CEO of Focus MD. I attended medical school at the University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed my residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I am board-certified in Pediatrics.
I practiced general pediatrics at Dothan Pediatric Clinic in Dothan, AL, for almost 20 years before moving to Mobile in 2008 and founding Focus. I served as President of the Alabama Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and District X Vice Chairperson for the AAP. I have consulted with the AAP on quality improvement in ADHD care and I am Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of South Alabama. I have been listed in America’s Best Doctors and America’s Top Pediatricians and I was named Master Pediatrician by Children’s Health System.
I am married, father of three, and have two wonderful grandsons. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, painting, and spending time with family. “Every day I learn something new about ADHD from the wisdom of my patients.”

Hi, I’m Dr. Mace, licensed Psychologist here at Focus MD. I graduated from the University of Alabama and earned my Master’s degree from the University of South Alabama. I received my Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of Kansas and completed my internship at the Devereux Foundation in Devon, Pennsylvania.
I have practiced as a licensed Psychologist in the state of Alabama for the past 30 years. I also teach undergraduate courses at the University of South Alabama. I am married with two adult children.
My wife, Cecilia, is in marketing and advertising with the Oyster House. My daughter, Emily, is a licensed Psychologist in Detroit, Michigan and my daughter, Juliet, is currently attending Johns Hopkins University for a 2nd Master’s degree in Film Studies.

Hello, I am Hilary Seay, board-certified Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in pediatric health, critical care, and medical education. I have been a valued member of the Focus MD team since January 2021, where I specialize in the treatment of pediatric ADHD and its comorbidities.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama in 2007. I then began my nursing career at USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital in Mobile, where I served in the pediatric intensive care unit as a member of the critical care transport team. In 2012, I completed my Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, becoming a certified Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
My clinical background includes more than four years in general pediatric practice as well as academic roles at the University of Mobile College of Nursing, where I served as the undergraduate Pediatric Course Coordinator and contributed to curriculum development in the Family Nurse Practitioner program.
Beyond my clinical work, I am deeply committed to my community. I volunteer with Once Upon a Room Mobile, partnering with USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital to create uplifting hospital environments for pediatric patients across the Gulf Coast. I am also active with my children’s school PTA.
My husband, David, and I have two daughters who attend UMS-Wright Preparatory School. Outside of my volunteer commitments, I enjoy playing tennis and traveling with my family

Hello, I’m Kendall Tucker, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, born and raised here in Mobile, Alabama.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2017 and began my career as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), where I spent many long hours and gained four years of valuable experience in acute pediatric care. During this time, I returned to the University of South Alabama to complete my Master of Science in Nursing, graduating as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021.
Since then, I have been practicing at Focus MD, where I enjoy getting to know my patients and help them feel their best through personalized, evidence-based care.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, reading, and traveling.

Hello, I am Ashley Stone, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2016.
I began my nursing career in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at USA Children’s & Women’s Hospital, where I provided specialized, compassionate care to critically ill children for seven years. In 2021, I completed my Master of Science in Nursing and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Here at Focus MD, I am passionate about building long-term relationships with patients and helping families feel comfortable and supported in their care. I strive to make every visit a positive experience by combining my clinical expertise with a friendly, approachable style.
